You will also earn enhancements with draft picks.They are randomly activated in play and have a limited number of uses. You will earn abilities from draft picks that you can add to a player by clicking on “Improve” and then “Select Ability” and selecting the ability.Don’t forget to use your common and uncommon cards to level up your players being used in your top 5.Make sure you do all the quests that you can to earn credits to go toward buying new packs.In order to get credits to spend on packs, list rare and super-rare cards that you don’t need in the auction house.Aside from spending money on the game, the best way to get good cards is really just to do quick play a lot, eventually you will get a decent amount of rare and super-rare cards.You will need to refill your players’ energy after each game or their stats will go down in season play, so remember to do that every once in a while.Within your first 30-50 quick games you should have enough rare-super rare cards to fill out your top 5, at which point I recommend you start leveling up your top cards, and you can go ahead and start a season.You will get at least 1 rare or better card per page of draft picks, once you get one the page resets. At the end of each quick play you will get 2 draft picks.You’ll get uncommon cards quickly so add them to your deck to replace your common cards. Once you have your roster set, go to quick play and start playing.In your starter deck you will get one rare card from the team you picked (probably a sixth man or worse depending on the team) and the rest will be common or uncommon cards, so add them to your roster accordingly.Basically you start out setting up your team, pick a team name, standard stuff you would do to start out any game.There will be plenty more guides and videos to come hopefully, the game is pretty new (came out 3-4 weeks ago) so hopefully some fun events will begin soon as well. Especially for people in epic and legendary tiers, you will make the RP back grinding by reselling the UR’s and Epic’s you pull.
If you can afford it, buy hot streaks.Use 2 of your best cards in the 2 card matchup, and use the other best card in a game where its strongest stat is used. The strategy behind this is that it will put you against people with usually weaker cards so you can guarantee a win in 3 games. If your main goal is to get rivals clash points (and not to try to pull higher tier cards), only play your 3 best cards, along with 2 common cards (this is called a 3/2 lineup).For those of you who are new to the game, I figured I would make a little guide to maximizing your win % in Rivals Clash.
